This brightness soon settles into a drier, more complex composition centered around synthetic oud and warm sandalwood, accented by a subtle animalic note that adds depth without overwhelming. The heart reveals a refined, woody leather character, with hints of rosewood and a powdery, slightly dusty quality that gives the fragrance a dignified elegance. The drydown is smooth and enduring—though less intense than fan favorites like Oud Ispahan—transitioning into a soft, ashy woody base with faint sweetness and faint resemblance to Santal Noir or Leather Oud. Its overall presence is confident and tactile, more so than subtle, and performs best in colder weather or evening wear.
