Cabochard EDP 2019 is a bold, vintage-inspired chypre that channels the classic dry leather and mossy elegance of Bernard Chant’s original. It opens with sharp aldehydes, bitter green galbanum, and herbal sage, creating an intense, slightly soapy atmosphere that some find overwhelming at first. Over time, it settles into a complex, smoldering drydown of oakmoss, patchouli, leather, and subtle floral notes—jasmine, ylang-ylang—layered over a woody base.
